Gertrude Dilley has 10 years of industry experience, working in roles as a manufacturing engineer, process engineer and engineering manager. Her experience has majority been in the semiconductor industry supplying high purity sputter targets to chip manufactures. Focus areas have spanned across sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining as well as other quality, automation, and expansion projects. She has also spent a significant time mentoring and working closely with students and engineers to ensure future success.
