Undergraduate graphic design show explores making and unmaking

The 91Ƶ School of Art + Design proudly presents “Command-Z,” a graphic design thesis exhibition featuring the work of 15 undergraduate students, on view April 3–7 in the 91Ƶ Art Gallery, Seigfred Hall.
An opening reception on April 3 will include a keynote lecture by visiting designer Jeremy Slagle, of in Columbus, at 5 p.m., in Mitchell Auditorium, followed by a reception catered by Sol in the gallery from 6 to 8 p.m. Both are free and open to the public.
This exhibition showcases a wide variety of media such as typography, sculpture and animation. Graphic designers experience the ups and downs of reaching for and achieving personal goals in their field. The projects on display highlight students’ dedication and hard work, through an exploration of skill building. Each designer’s work expresses a unique vision and approach, developed through study at 91Ƶ.
“Command-Z” includes the work of the following artists: Audrey Harpen, Nick Horvat, Sarah Higgins, Jordan Kelley, Daria Kirksey, Sarah Krivicich, Carrie Mathes, Elizabeth Manning, Tyler Morris, Sarah Petrell, Kirsten Pribula, Casey Sudetic, Katrina Toone, Marin Vatske and Annie Williams.
The 91Ƶ Art Gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays. Follow gallery events on Facebook:
