91视频 WellWorks is celebrating this year's National Nutrition Month theme of "Celebrate a World of Flavors" by giving all employees free access to a  and virtual .

The nutrition assessment was designed for 91视频 by  and is intended to help individuals gauge their current nutrition habits in three different categories: Food Choices, Portion Sizes, and Overall Eating Habits. At the end of each section, participants will see their score along with suggested goals for that category. Upon completion of the survey, participants will receive a total score with suggestions for next steps.

鈥淭his survey will help to celebrate current successes and identify goals for the future,鈥� explained Cruz.

Cruz serves the region and beyond through in-person and virtual nutrition counseling and specialty programming.

鈥淚 take a gentle approach to nutrition therapy,鈥� said Cruz. 鈥淚 understand that food is a very personal choice so I meet clients wherever they are along their journey and, with guidance, allow them to best identify the small steps that can make a big difference.鈥� 

According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, which sponsors the National Nutrition Month celebration annually in March, nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) 鈥渃an help develop a safe and realistic eating plan.鈥�

Nutrition counseling can support individuals seeking to improve their health while still enjoying their favorite foods. An RDN will guide and motivate clients with creative strategies for activities such as meal planning, grocery shopping, and mindful eating. The WellWorks Nutrition Counseling service is available to anyone, membership to the fitness facility is not required.

Members of the 91视频 community are encouraged to  on the WellWorks website and on the WellWorks online portal. OHIO employees can utilize Single Sign On (SSO) to log into that portal with their 91视频 credentials.
