New updates have been approved for the policies related to payment cards at 91视频.

The Executive Staff Policy Committee approved the updates to Policy 55.074 Payment Card Program on March 18, 2022.

Areas of update for the policy include, but are not limited to:

• Clarification of deadlines to submit substantiations for all credit card transactions.
• The term 鈥淧urchasing Card鈥� has been changed to 鈥淐redit Card鈥� to make the terminology flexible enough to accommodate new options available in the banking industry 
• Clarification of cardholder responsibilities, approver responsibilities and planning unit responsibilities to address the decentralized structure of the credit card program at 91视频
• Procedures have been removed from the policy in compliance with policy development guidelines.
