91视频 Chillicothe and the announce the opening of the Coffee Hub and Cafe, located inside the Stevenson Center at OHIO Chillicothe.

The Coffee Hub and Cafe, owned and operated by local entrepreneur Bobbi Blanton, had a soft open in December, and will officially open at the start of the spring semester on Monday, Jan. 13, 2025, serving students, employees and community members. In addition to specialty espresso drinks, cold brew, drip coffee and other drinks, the Cafe will serve sandwiches, salads and baked goods, all made fresh daily.

The Cafe will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A grand opening will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 10 a.m. The event will include a ribbon cutting, giveaways and more.

Blanton, the owner of Brick Haven Spa, Cranberry Boutique, and The Coffee Hub, was named 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce. She studied nursing at 91视频 Chillicothe and is excited to return to campus as an entrepreneur filling the need for a culinary option to meet the needs of students and others in the area.

OHIO Chillicothe鈥檚 Dean of Campus and Community Relations Roberta Milliken is delighted to welcome Blanton and her team to the Stevenson Center.

鈥淲e are so pleased that our students will now be able to stay on campus to gather and connect or study over coffee or a meal at the Coffee Hub and Cafe,鈥� Milliken said. 鈥淲ith its large windows, patios, fireplace, and study rooms, the Stevenson Center is a logical gathering space for students, faculty, staff, and community members and the Coffee Hub and Cafe is a welcome addition.鈥�
