Social Service Minor

The Social Service Minor equips students with foundational knowledge about the social work field, emphasizing how social workers and agencies improve well-being for individuals, families, groups, and communities. Students gain an understanding of social work values such as social and economic justice, human dignity, the importance of relationships, integrity, and competence. This minor is ideal for those interested in broadening their perspective on social work without pursuing full licensure.
