After you log in to Drupal, navigate through the screens to find your list of Nodes.
Each piece of content in the Web CMS is called a Node. You can add new content by selecting Add new content at the top of a Nodes list:.
This will display a page listing the available content types. Clicking the name of a content type will take editors to the creation page for that type. Instructions for each of the different page types are found under Page Types.

A note while we鈥檙e on the subject: In order to update the URL of a Drupal webpage, you must access the node through its designated group in Drupal. You cannot change the URL by directly visiting the webcms version of the page and selecting 鈥渆dit鈥 from there 鈥 you must select 鈥渆dit node鈥 from the group itself. This is a known bug in the Drupal system.

Articles can be used to create stories in OHIO News or for departmental blog items that can be used to populate feeds. They employ category tags that can group them in various combinations.
Individual profile pages can be created for faculty, staff, and students. These profiles can be grouped together on filtered view pages based on selected categories and tags.
FAQ Sections are preformatted to display questions and answers in a readable and accessible format. These sections should be used only for question and answer content.
Contact information for an office or department can be added to the footer so that it displays on every page of that subsite.
